This team-building activity was aimed at promoting trust, patience, and coordination among students. It also focused on improving communication and leadership skills.
The activity conducted was "The Human Knot." All 12 students stood in a circle, randomly grabbed hands with two different people across the circle, and were then challenged to untangle themselves without letting go of each other’s hands. This required problem-solving, cooperation, and physical coordination. Despite initial confusion, the students worked together, shared ideas, and followed the lead of those who took initiative. The activity helped the students build trust, improve their listening skills, and develop a greater appreciation for working together. It also encouraged patience and group awareness. The Human Knot activity served as a powerful tool to build unity among students. The participation of 12 students from various courses made the session dynamic and diverse. It not only strengthened peer relationships but also highlighted the value of teamwork in overcoming complex challenges.
