Our Thrust

The MBA programme of Isabella Thoburn College (Professional Studies) is its flagship Post Graduate Programme. Its main objective is to develop pursuing students into competent managers capable of working in any area of organised activity with the ability to achieve excellence while contributing to the larger cause. The programme specifically attempts to equip students with interpersonal skills and managerial decision-making. It endeavours to develop leadership abilities in the students so that they may act as transformational agents. We hope that Isabella Thoburn College will sensitise them to be active participants in social causes along with the Professional fabric. We hope they will exhibit integrity, honesty and fairness in decision making wherever they are. The MBA programme of ITCPS seeks to produce leaders in the field of business who integrate Corporate Social Responsibility in their business ethics and business operations. We train individuals to be front line leaders who are exceptional.
