First, the candidate must fill out the registration form, after which they will receive a token number and a registration number. These credentials can be used to log in to the student portal.
After filling out the admission form, it is mandatory to take a printout or submit it during counseling.
Candidates can update their qualification details after the results are declared.
The admission form is divided into three steps: 1. In the first step, candidates need to fill in their personal information. 2. In the second step, they need to provide their qualification details. 3. In the third step, they must upload their documents. After completing all three steps, candidates can submit and print their form.
Students can log in to their student portal to pay their fees and access their fee receipt at any time.
Candidates must enter their name and father's name exactly as mentioned in their high school certificate.
For any technical issues, candidates can contact the helpline number during office hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Candidates must provide their own mobile number and email ID on the admission application form.
Gap years will be considered valid only as per the rules prescribed by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
